After nearly a decade, Dastkari Haat Crafts Bazaar returns to Chennai from 30 January to 5 February 2026 at the NIFT Campus, Tharamani, celebrating India’s living craft traditions. Curated by Dastkari Haat Samiti, the week-long bazaar brings master artisans and craft communities from across the country into a contemporary design setting. From handwoven textiles and regional embroideries to painted folk arts and handcrafted objects, the event presents craft as a living, evolving practice.
