The Ivory House, a 1,750 sq. ft. Pune apartment designed by The Arch Studio under Siddhina Sakla, reconfigures a standard three-bedroom layout into a more open, connected living environment. By removing the kitchen wall and introducing a breakfast counter, the design creates visual continuity across living, dining, and cooking spaces. Neoclassical mouldings, marble flooring, bronze mirrors, and a Desert Palm base palette establish material cohesion throughout. Blending spatial restructuring with layered surface detailing, the project enhances usability without altering the original footprint.
